In a recent study by a leading messenger marketing company, utilising internal data, it was established that 10 million people have subscribed to at least 1 messenger newsletter by October 2018. Unsurprisingly, the overwhelming majority subscribed via WhatsApp.
A significantly fewer of them subscribed over Facebook Messenger, like single digits, even fewer on Insta App. The last 3 combined covered 1/10th of the landscape collectively.
With an average open rate of “95% within the 1st 15 minutes”, WhatsApp is the communications elephant in the room.
And we have just given it a trumpet.
Enjoying average click through rates in the 30 percentiles, with a Churn Rate of less than 0,01%, it would be foolish to not have a conversation, via chat, off course….
